Process

There are four main stages in the design process:

Stage 1

Make an appointment with the designer of your choice in our showroom to review your needs, wants and budgets. The designer will then provide you with some ideas, concepts and a ballpark figure for your consideration. At this point if you wish to proceed to the next stage, a small retainer is required which is later deducted from the final cost of your project.

Stage 2

The designer will visit your home and conduct an on-site measure and review any other details which may arise.

Stage 3

When the design is complete, you will be invited back to the showroom to review and discuss a full layout plan drawing and elevations of your design. You will also be presented with a detailed written quotation of your project.

Stage 4

After any changes and fine-tuning of your design, the drawings will be finalized, the contract prepared for signature, and final choices of doorstyles, colours, handles will be made at the showroom. As soon as your appliance selection is complete, your project is now ready to be ordered !
